From a very high level youth player, to a young skill trainer, to a top player on THE top teams, to a D-1 schoarship player and team captain, to an AAU coach, quickly to a varsity head coach, to PARADISE full time, every experience along the way (both good and bad) has shaped his coaching style and philosophy.

Q & A With Coach

Where do you place your emphasis (offense, defense) during practice and games?

I teach the fundamentals and basic components of both offense and defense in practice, so that the players can later be inserted into any scheme and perform effectively.

How do you measure the success of your players?

By their level of improvement from the beginning to the end of a season together.

What do you think makes you a great coach?

The ability to communicate the game and get more out of players than they thought was possible.

My opponents inspire me because I hate losing
